Can we build it?

Yes we can!! Yesterday we got one more good snowman-snow day. There wasn't much there, but just enough for two little ones to make something special.

They were so proud that they did it all by them selves. I was proud of them too.

Bed Time Stories

Bailee loves to "read" to Owen at bedtime. It is so sweet. I finally got a picture of it. I hope that they always like to spend quite moments together.

She loves Him

Bailee went and stayed with Matt's parents for a week in Blackfoot a few weeks ago. While she was gone, I think that she realized how much she loves her brother. Despite that he goes in her room when she doesn't want him to, plays with her toys, doesn't play with her when she wants him to and a whole list of things that bug her. There were a few times when I talked to her on the phone that week that she asked to talk to Owen. One of those times he was asleep and she asked me very sweetly to give him a love for her when he woke up. It just melted my heart. I am so glad that they love each other .

Pay-backs!

Owen finally had his chance to get Bailee back and he took it! What are little brothers for if not to wake up and bother sisters.

Poor Little Brother

This is what happens when you are a little boy with an older sister. Poor Owen is ready to play with the big kids, but doesn't have any toys of his own. Hopefully when his week of gifts comes he will get his own bike and helmet. Until then I guess he will sport the pink and purple. If he had a little better balance I would have let him go without the helmet. Poor guy.

Big Sisters and Babies

Bailee loves to play with Owen especially now that he can hold on to things. The other day she Gave Owen her Baby (Laney) to play with. Doesn't he just look so cute with his niece :)
It didn't take her long to decide that she no longer wanted her brother touching her toys. I thought I had a little bit longer before that started. She quickly took it from him and said "No Owen! Don't hold my baby!!!" Then she gave this face.

Swinging with Owen

So here is one more reason that I just shouldn't leave Bailee alone in a room with Owen even for a minute. Of course she thinks that it was just so much fun to swing with her brother. I am just glad that the swing is still working. "I'm swinging with Owen!"

"Your First Kitty Sticker!"

Our little Bailee says something almost every day that makes us laugh. Last night she was hanging out with Daddy and Owen and she was playing with some Halloween sticker that her Aunt Stephanie had given her. She so proudly decided to share with her brother, pealed one off of the page, stuck it right on the side of his head and announced to him "Your first kitty sticker!"

Sweetness!

Bailee sure loves Owen. I was able to get these sweet pictures of them when Bailee interrupted a photo shoot of Owen. These pictures really show how she is with him everyday. She loves to talk to him and give him hugs and kisses. She is always worried about where he is and if he is ok. She will even cry if he is cries for more than a few seconds, she doesn't like for him to be in distress. It is amazing how quickly they have bonded.
